Discovery
We begin by meeting with you to discuss your ideas, aspirations, budget and timescale. This allows us to understand your needs and explore the potential of your property or site.

Design
We develop your ideas into a considered architectural design, preparing initial concepts, drawings and layouts. Working closely with you, we refine the proposals until the design meets your vision and requirements.

Planning
We prepare and submit the necessary planning applications and liaise with the local authority throughout the process, addressing any comments and coordinating with relevant consultants to secure the required permissions.
04
Building Warrant
We prepare detailed technical drawings and supporting information for Building Warrant submission, coordinating with consultants as required. We liaise with Building Standards to address any queries and help secure the necessary approval before construction begins.
